Rental Service

AZ London has interest from several overseas based clients to manage the long- term lets of their London property portfolio’s

Services will include: –

  • Sourcing tenants

  • Reference and credit checks

  • Tenancy agreement preparation

  • Check-in and check-out procedure for tenants

  • Collection of and rent (deposits paid over to tenancy deposit protection scheme provider in line with government regulations)

  • Payment of rent (less AZ London’s fees) to the owners account monthly.

  • Rent reviews

  • Detailed inventory

  • Monthly and annual statements

  • Deposit return process

  • End of tenancy cleaning requirements

  • Dealing with insurance queries

  • Maintenance and repairs arranged including obtaining quotes and overseeing work

  • Utilities & council tax transferred at start & end of tenancy

  • Regular property inspections, including photographic reports

  • Annual property appraisal

Management Service

This service is provided for overseas owners who leave their London property empty for a large portion of the year but do not seek to rent out the property during these times.

Services will include:

  • Dealing with all utility bills, service charges, etc.

  • Periodical property inspections

  • Maintenance and repairs arranged including obtaining quotes and overseeing works.

  • Cleaning services for when owners or tenants are in occupation.
