Duration: Six Month.
Description: AZ managed the precast work from getting approvals of structural design from CSD department in Aramco, design and shop drawings of two major buildings, supervision of precast production & mold fabrication, & the installation of the precast elements, the project contained 30 buildings, fully precast with columns, beams, slabs, stairs, elevator shaft, & cladding, & some buildings the footing was precast as well.

Project Name: Private Villa Extension.

Location: Jeddah & Saudi Arabia.
Project value: 150,000 SR
Duration: One Month.
Description: Steel structure project to extend roof top villa, the project contained around 15 Tons of steel & was fabricated at site, Structural design, shop drawings, fabrication and installation was done by AZ.
Makyoon
Project Name: Prince Fawaz Housing.
Owner: Makyyon Real Estate Development.
Main Contractor: Makyyon Real Estate Development.
Location: Jeddah & Saudi Arabia.
Project value: 1,090,000 SR.
Duration: Three Month.
Description: 1200 pcs of precast slabs, that is used to build and pre-install bathroom for 7 story apartment buildings. The slab was casted in a temporary location near the prefabricated bathroom workshop.
Hassanain
Owner: SWCC (Saline Water Conversion Corporation).
Main Contractor: ACCIONA.
Location: Khobar & Saudi Arabia.
Project value: 8 Million.
Scope: Fabrication of 1000 precast Ballast. (7m3 / ballast).
Duration: Three Month.
Description: Precast ballast for submerging sea water 2 m in diameter pipes under the sea, the project was fabricated at a temporary precast facility on shore site location.
Bayraq Housing Precast frames & Stairs
Project Name: Bayraq Housing.
Owner: Innovest Real Estate Development. For Ministry of Housing.

Project value: 12,189,440 SR

Description: Precast moment framing system that consist of beams and columns casted monolithic to support precast stairs for 1000 villas that have the main structure system as siporex precast load bearing walls. The precast moment frame and precast stairs was designed, produced and installed by AZ, production was done using Jazeera precast factory, molds as well was designed and fabricated by AZ.
